Our Ethos and Values

These are the guiding beliefs that characterise our attitudes and aspirations as a centre. All five values are underpinned with a nurturing practice.

AMBITION
We provide opportunities to access new experiences, providing a challenging and playful environment that helps plant the seed to develop ideas. We believe in helping each other, offering support and encouragement to try something new in a safe environment for learning

RESPONSIBILITY
We value our partnerships with families, children, professionals and our community, supporting everyone to be unique and develop a positive sense of their own identity and culture

PERSEVERENCE
We believe the process is more important than the end result. We will all achieve in different ways, life is a journey not a destination. We are sensitive and responsive to individual needs, feelings and interests fostering a can do approach

INDEPENDENCE
We build individuals self-worth and self-esteem through warm consistent relationships. We value children and we value learning in a stimulating, natural environment

RESPECT
Everyone has a voice and a right to be heard. All children their families and staff are valued and respected equally
